Ocotillo is one of the few restaurants in the valley to serve only aged USDA Prime Beef and and certified Angus Beef. We use a special house-made chile rub on our steaks and chops prior to grilling. The authentic chiles and spices we use in our preparations are mild in flavor and compliment the natural flavors in our dishes.
