Executive Chef Mark Millwood is bringing his travels to the table at the new 7 One 5 restaurant at Vail Marriott Mountain Resort & Spa. Living in the likes of California, New Orleans, Japan and Colorado inspired the 7 One 5 menu of eclectic American cuisine. The items are designed to share with a diverse selection of small and large plates that will keep you wanting to come by to try more. Chef Mark and his culinary team are dedicated to utilizing fresh and sustainable ingredients on their seasonal menu.

Favorites from the summer menu include grilled asparagus with poached egg, wilted frisee salad and Hawaiian sea salt; St. Louis style ribs with 7 One 5 signature sauce, chard stems and hand cut fries; or try the Colorado striped bass with fingerling potatoes, frisee and sweet corn nage.
